How do I place an order?

Please process your order through the online checkout. Please ensure you fill out the information form so we have all the information we require. You will receive an email confirming your order.

 Are you able to make any of them Gluten Free?

Unfortunately, no. All of my ready to order cakes include gluten, diary and egg. They cannot be customised for any dietary needs.

I would like an alteration to the cake, can you customise it for me?

These cakes cannot be customised, changed, or made a different flavour. They are made exactly as described. There are no exceptions. The reason we are able to offer these cakes at the cost they are is because they aren’t able to be customised and the ordering process is automated.

The date I want to pick it up isn’t there, can you make it ready for the date I want it?

If the date you are wanting it for does not appear in the drop down options, we are either fully booked for that date or it is no longer available. Pick ups are on Friday between 8am and 11am or 4pm and 6pm. If you need a cake for the Sunday or Saturday, you will need to pick it up that Friday.

Why do I need to collect within the time frames provided?  

The reason I have set collection times is so we can make sure someone is at the premises to hand your order to you. Outside of these collections times I am out delivering wedding cakes. If you do not arrive to collect your order within the collection time you have selected and have not contacted me prior, I cannot guarantee anyone will be there to assist you with your collection.


Whoops! I ordered it for the wrong weekend, can I change my order date?

Get in touch as soon as you can and I will check my availability. If I cannot reschedule your order to the correct weekend I will provide you with a credit to order with me again on your next special occasion!


Oh boy! I no longer need the cake. Am I able to get a refund?

Unfortunately, no. I do not offer refunds for change of mind. We will provide you with a credit to order with us again on your next special occasion!   

Where do I pick it up from?

Pick up is form my home based studio in Strathpine, North Brisbane.

How do I care for my cake after I pick it up?

All of my ready to order cakes require refrigeration. So pop it in the fridge when you get home and keep it in the box. It’s best to keep it in the box to prevent anything in your fridge contaminating your cake. Take the cake out of the fridge for approx. 30min-1hr prior to serving to make sure the flavours are at their best and get rid of any fridge frost. If you manage to have any leftovers they will keep for up to a week in the fridge if kept in an airtight container to prevent it from drying out.
